Management Analyst, Public Relations & Fundraising Management
My passion for growth in my community began over 10 years ago. I’ve always worked hard to enhance my experience in advanced project/risk management, strategic planning within the corporate and nonprofit arenas which is the foundation of my policy driven grassroots organizing skills in the political arena.

Political Summary
My Michigan political career began with Obama for America & Romulus Women for Obama
In the capacity of a Neighborhood Organizer/ Leader for the Western Wayne County, MI
I was responsible for organizing and training volunteers of a specific turf, precinct, county or cluster of grouped precincts. The responsibilities were designed to ensure that the OFA goals were met, by implementing the following:
1. Organized around President Obama’s agenda by designing and participating in ongoing citizen contact efforts, hold regular meetings to coordinate volunteers.
2. Provided current U.S. issues, via documentation, electronic media, social networks and blogs.
3. Established relationships with UAW and local business venues to accommodate canvassing and voter registration opportunities.

As a result, my political work increased, and I was appointed National Delegate for Michigan to the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina representing the (then) 15th Congressional District of Congressman John Dingell as well as received an invitation from President Obama and Mrs. Obama to the Whitehouse.

I am currently the treasurer of the Michigan Democratic Party Justice Caucus and have also been a Camp Millie Instructor: Volunteer Recruitment and Management

My Project Coordination experience at the American Bar Association Justice Center, Chicago, IL established my passion for the judicial branch of the government as a result, within the MI political arena I have worked on MI Supreme Court candidates’ campaigns as Southeast MI Director and Political Advisor. Overseeing the implementation of the election cycle communication and working with the campaign staff, to evaluate the impact of the Districts’ and organizations election cycle activities and ensure innovation as necessary to ensure success. (Set, meet, and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, grassroots engagement, and GOTV.)
